With almost 30 years of professional liability insurance experience, Bob has served in various roles including underwriter, regional vice president, retail broker, wholesale broker, and chief marketing officer. He leverages his unique depth and breadth of experience to create innovative solutions that incorporate the perspective of all participants of an insurance transaction. Before joining the insurance industry, he practiced law.

Bob holds a Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics Management from Ithaca College. He lives in El Reno, Oklahoma.

Michele Magner

Michele Magner has a passion for connecting with people as we navigate the adventures of aging and caregiving!

As an experienced family caregiver, with many years in the Senior Living industry, she understands the challenges we are facing as we age and care for those we love. Michele sets people up for success so they are inspired to thrive, not just survive, this one big, beautiful, and complicated life.

Michele has earned her M.B.A., Masters Certification in Gerontology and is a Gerontology Ph.D. student at UNO. She is a Certified Life Coach, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and Certified Conscious Aging facilitator. Michele is an Adjunct Professor at Creighton University, teaching Long Term Care Administration.

She serves on 2 Board of Directors, the Alzheimer’s Association NE Chapter and The Bloc. Inc. Michele also contributes to the Dreamweaver Foundation, making wishes for people in senior living come true.

She continues to share fresh content and ideas through her Inspired Caring podcast and programs, in addition to private and group coaching.

My entire business career has been in marketing and sales. I started selling destratification fans some thirty years ago. Air Row Fan Company was DBA’ed in 2007, built up and sold in mid 2023.

I am a very proud family head of two daughters and two son-in-laws, four grandsons, two granddaughters, one great grandson and two great granddaughters. The adult grandchildren are launched and my daughters and sons-in-law are gliding down to their retirements.

I am not retired! I am on a journey of self-discovery as I grow and ground my wholeness.

Mike Rayburn… is a Hall of Fame Speaker and 2X TED Talk presenter with two inspirational presentations: “The What If? Experience” and “Perform Like A Virtuoso.” As a Keynote Artist, Rayburn teaches innovation, creativity and virtuoso performance to corporations and associations; however, he teaches using guitar and comedy so it’s a lot of fun!

As an innovative eCommerce entrepreneur Rayburn has been featured in USA Today, Newsweek, Billboard, Guitar Aficionado, Gig, and more, as well as countless podcast, radio and TV appearances. As an entertainer Rayburn has headlined multiple times at Carnegie Hall and starred in his own show at Planet Hollywood on the Las Vegas strip. He has performed more than 5,000 presentations in 26 countries on five continents.

Rayburn is also creator and leader of the “Virtuoso Underground… Journey To Mastery,” a mastermind and coaching program designed specifically for high achievers where we practice Rayburn’s exclusive “Virtuoso System” for success. For members he offers unlimited coaching, mentorship and leadership. 

When not performing, leading or coaching Rayburn enjoys hiking, cycling, whitewater kayaking, woodwork, and model trains.

Today, I specialize in buying, selling, and managing hotels, focusing on operational efficiency, team development, and guest satisfaction. I am passionate about building and mentoring strong leadership teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, and creating an environment where exceptional service comes naturally. Through strategic planning and hands-on training, I help hospitality professionals understand the impact of teamwork and operational excellence in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

My goal is to cultivate financially successful properties by aligning people, processes, and service standards to create thriving hospitality businesses.
